A Bitcoin wallet is a software program where Bitcoins are stored. To be technically accurate, Bitcoins are not stored anywhere; there is a private key (secret number) for every Bitcoin address that is saved in the Bitcoin wallet of the person who owns the balance.

You can download a variety of different Bitcoin wallets for free from the Apple app store or Google play store to your mobile phone.

Some of the more popular wallets are Jaxx, Blockchain.info, Coinomi.

Our fees are competitively priced and depending on region and Bitcoin rate source are anywhere between 7%-15%. Our kiosks display their Bitcoin rates prominently and include all our fees.

The fee rate contains the cost for cash handling, volatility fluctuations, banking and federal regulations, hardware and software costs.

Unfortunately not. Credit cards are quite often used for fraudulent transactions and charge-backs would make selling cryptocurrency prohibitively expensive. Bitcoin ATMs thus work with cash only.
